Early Career Teachers End of Year BBQ

You’re Invited: SMART (Support-Mentor-Attract-Retain-Teachers) Committee End- of- Year BBQ!
The SMART Committee is excited to invite all Early Career Teachers (ECTS) with 0-5 years in the district to our final social of the year—an End-of-Year Barbecue at Wick Field! Join us for a relaxed afternoon of food, fun, and connection.
ECTs are encouraged to bring their kids along! We’ll have plenty to enjoy for everyone, including:
- Hot dogs, burgers, chips, and drinks
- Fun games and raffles
- A great playground space for kids to enjoy
- Bring your own lawn chair or blanket to spread on the ground as seating is limited
Not an MTEA member yet? No problem, you can join right at the event! RSVP as soon as possible to allow for an accurate food count.
Come unwind, connect with fellow educators, and celebrate the close of the school year with us. We hope to see you there!
