School Defense Team Virtual Trainings

The continued war on immigrants from the current federal administration, means that education workers must continue to prepare themselves and their students for the unfortunate scenario of a heavy and forceful ICE presence in schools. The likelihood of ICE showing up at our schools increased exponentially when the US Congress approved an additional $72 BILLION for immigration enforcement. New SDT members can join other MTEA members to learn about the School Defense Team Guide. SDT members from last school year can come and get a refresher.
